Press conference in Media Center Ukraine in Lviv

On 12 May, a press conference by the representatives of the NGO "Razom for Ukraine" and the "Vstyhnemo" movement, a part of which was focused on the "We Will Make It: Evacuation" project, was held at Media Center Ukraine in Lviv.

In two months, the volunteers of the public movement "Vstyhnemo" ("We will make it") with the help of the "Operation Pinkbus" managed to evacuate 10 children with SMA abroad, and evacuated more than 500 children and women from the warzone to safe locations in Ukraine. In addition, during this period, more than 200 tonnes of humanitarian aid were delivered to Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Odesa, Zaporizhia and Donetsk regions.

“The initiative began to develop and we started evacuating all families with children. Up to date there are more than 500 relocated people. This is a great effort, made by our team, and I want to thank all the people, who have been risking their own lives and evacuating people from the frontline. Moreover, recently we have reorganized our work and started not only to evacuate people, but also to deliver those critically important goods, mentioned by the previous speakers. We actually deliver humanitarian aid to the frontline, and on the way back we evacuate people.” - said Vitalii Svichynskyi, the head of "Vstyhnemo" movement.
